pretty words with thanks to BJ Frasier

Priestess Francesca gave a talk on Trauma, Kink and Somatic healing at Dom Con LA 2023. The contents of this workshop are steeped in the teachings from the month of Descent in The School of Erotic Mysteries.

Ready to Deepen? The School gives holy context for the gifts of the underworld and normalizes all expressions of the Dark Erotic.

Registration for Summer Solstice 2023 closes 6/20/23!

Cohorts run 4 times a year! You are so welcome!

There was plenty of karma in that clustered room… but I get ahead of myself.

Sitting atop the long table with her legs crossed under her was Priestess Francesca.

She was dressed in a flowy top and comfy pants, and she was barefoot. Her brunette hair shaped her face… which was smiling as she took in people’s energy while they settled into place.

... She has an aura of authentic intelligence. That’s a weighty accolade but, if you stay with me, I’ll get you there, too.

Priestess Francesca closed her eyes and took an audible breath and let it out with an “Mmmmm.” With her hands, she wafted the energy from the room into her space and breathed and moaned again.

And the room was silent.

With a smile, she showcased an assortment of snacks next to her on the table. She had brought the snacks to help us get regulated.

Priestess Francesca invited us to come up and partake whenever we wanted. Some people did throughout the class, and they were thanked for taking care of themselves. Even Francesca ate some chocolate at one point when things got deep.

It’s important to me that you *experience* this class...

She didn’t preach about the protocols of education; she demonstrated them.

Priestess Francesca shared that she has been a kinkster since the age of nineteen. We’re taught that kink is bad, people who engage in it must be sick… but she’s never understood that premise. Her view is that if we normalize sex and accept it, we can use it to eroticize traumas.

And Priestess Francesca is a healer.

She shared that if you were to picture the stereotypical Italian mob Brooklyn domestic violence imagery, that that would be representational of her childhood. Priestess Francesca confessed to having fantasies of making dinner when her husband barges in and beats her up, food gets thrown, and then she’s bent over the table and fucked.

You, too, are free to disbelieve and/or to have your own thoughts and opinions.

Priestess Francesca is not about proselytizing; she’s about healing.

Several people asked her questions during the class. After each scenario/question, Priestess Francesca paused to breathe in and moan out, taking the time to *feel* the entirety of what was asked as well as what was not spoken.

Priestess Francesca’s answers were filled with empathy and a level of directness that demonstrated she not only understood but saw the inner being of the questioner. The answers resonated with the audience as well, and sparked additional questions. Several questioners self-helped with snacks after her answers.

Hopefully, you now understand Priestess Francesca’s authentic intelligence.
