The Purchase Agreement is sent first along with payment request for tribute.
The Temple Agreement is provided after they have offered enough of their tribute that we are confirmed for the mini-retreat (most of my mini-retreats are structured with a payment plan). I still use the agreement language but have migrated to Honeybook.
